Meet Agustin Rios, a familiar face and true pillar of the Luau Larry’s team. Agustin began his journey with us back in 1999, starting as a dishwasher. Over the last 26 years, he’s worked his way up through nearly every position — busser, server, assistant manager, and now, manager.
Agustin’s dedication, hard work, and warm hospitality have made him a favorite among both staff and guests. “I love my job,” he says. “Being able to interact with and help customers is the best part.”
He also credits Ken Putnam, owner of Luau Larry’s, for being a guiding influence. “I’ve learned so much from Ken and appreciate the opportunity to work with him. He has made a positive impact on my career.”
